After suffering for 15 years with her own chronic adult acne, Janice had had enough. She became a California licensed esthetician, cleared her own skin, and set about her work clearing others. 

She trained at Face Reality Acne Clinic in the San Francisco Bay Area with Face Reality owner Laura Cooksey for several years before moving back home to Sacramento. 

Determined to treat "lost cause" clients, the ones with the most difficult skin conditions to treat, Janice opened Sacramento's first acne clinic in 2014. In over ten years of treating acne, Janice has helped people of all ages, backgrounds, and skin types by integrating methods from Face Reality Skincare with other product lines to achieve dramatic results.

Since its founding, Clear Day Acne Clinic has helped over one thousand people in the greater Sacramento region regain hope and confidence in their skin.

Remi is a licensed esthetician with a dedication for helping others achieve clear skin and the confidence that comes with it. 

Her passion for treating acne began in her own skincare journey, experiencing firsthand how adult acne can not only affect your skin, but your self-esteem. From online prescriptions to drugstore brands, Remi tried everything. That discouraging process set her on a path to learn all she could about the way skin works and how to really heal it, not just cover it up. 

After earning her esthetician license at Federico Beauty Institute, she knew treating acne would be her central focus. Her approach is simple, personalized, and rooted in education - focusing on what actually works for you, not just what's trending. Remi connects with her clients on a level of compassion and understanding and is committed to helping others heal from acne, inside and out, one customized treatment at a time.
